  • What is the status of my order?
    The order states are: - Preparation: Your order is waiting to be attended to in the warehouse - Packaging: The products of your order are being selected and packed inside the warehouse - Collection: The order is ready to be collected by the corresponding parcel company - On the way: The order has already been collected by the corresponding parcel company - Delivered: The order has already been delivered to the destination - Cancelled: The order was canceled
  • Who should I contact if I require clarification?
    In case of having a problem with the delivery of the package, you should directly contact the parcel company designated to the order. In case of having a problem with the products of the order, you should contact the contact email of the store where the purchase was made. In case your package has not advanced from the WAITING, PICK, PACK or READY TO GO states after 2 or more days, please contact the warehouse mail. If you have a problem directly with the communication provided by Rayo or with the system, please send an email to contacto@fulfillrayo.com
  • How can I see the tracking of my package?
    To enter the tracking of the corresponding package, please click on the "Go to tracking" button and enter the data of the tracking number designated for your order

    The parcel data and tracking number are subject to change, by decision of the store or the parcel company, so a new, better option will be sought for your delivery. The latest data will be automatically updated on this page. If the tracking of the designated package appears as canceled or expired, please contact the store and/or warehouse so that a new guide can be assigned as soon as possible.
